Objective

The objective of Integrative Wellness and Life Coaching is to offer support and strategies that help you move into balance in each of four areas of your life: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.  We will work together to find ways to untangle and unlearn habits and patterns that cause you to fall out of balance.  You will be in charge of your wellness trajectory with my support and guidance.

Goals

We will assess the accumulation of life experience that has conditioned you and identify those priority areas where more balance will bring more wellness.  Your options will be revealed as we excavate and and examine preconceived ideas and expectations that you and others have for yourself.  Balance and imbalance will become clear through a variety of techniques.

Techniques

After listening to your priorities, wants and needs, we will explore a variety of tools, techniques and activities for you to build a framework of integrated wellness.  

Results

With your motivation and dedication, we can achieve wonderful results.  You may want to try a brief session and proceed on your own with a few tools and resources I provide or you may want to work collaboratively over time to dive deeper into your wellness and growth.  It is all about reaching your potential and living with less stress and more joy.

Learn to practice being accountable to yourself so that you can share purpose with others.  Practice building trust.  Practice open, fearless communication. Practice assessing balance in the four shares of human life: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Spend an hour or a day practicing things that build your awareness and make you better at what you do.  Experience something that opens you up to new possibilities while building internal discipline that helps you and your team manage everything that comes at you day to day and moment to moment. 

We offer a customized blend of yoga-based physical activities, mindfulness and team building activities in your workplace on-site or off-site in the city or in nature - in a house on a quarter acre by the beach or at select retreat centers in the redwood and bay forests of Northern California.  We start with where you are, listen for clues that can improve your well being and help you carry a feeling of openness and creativity back to your workplace and your home life.  Our activities and coaching help you practice stretching yourself and feeling good about being yourself.  Alone and with others.

practice in place - short session - $400

The magic of mindfulness-based stress reduction and the cultivation of strategic awareness can happen anywhere.  We can start in your office or conference room with a one to two-hour session for up to ten people that gives you a sense of the power of this practice while identifying the things you want to work on.  It allows us to get to know each other and listen for the clues that lead to the kind change in organization and culture of well-being you want.

half-day of practice in place - $900

Staying on-site with your team, our trainers will come to you and spend a half day with up to 20 people going a little deeper to find the blockages and pain points that need attention.  It is a group exploration that usually leads to a series of excavations and restorative work over weeks and months, but it can happen at whatever pace you want.  Transformation takes time, but the results are well worth it.

Overview of a day of practice.place outdoors - $1300

Start the day with a discussion about mindfulness, awareness and openness.  We will set the tone for the day together with the goal of exploring and enhancing openness. Then enjoy warm up yoga that will get your circulation and breathing going.  This will prepare us for guided quiet time for enhancing mindfulness and awareness.

We will break for a locally-sourced meal and continue into afternoon activities in nature that might include kayaking on Bolinas Lagoon and contemplative walking and play at the beach. Our afternoon break will include a discussion of the fundamental elements of healthy teams and healthy relationships.

The day will end with a light dinner and reflections on what was explored, learned and improved during the day.

Longer retreats and ongoing support

Options for 12 week or 12 month transformation series with Anthony Williams of Mindwell.co:

Broken into quarters, this series treats the organization as a living organism.  In the first quarter, we work one-on-one and in small groups with individuals - the cells of the organism.  This first part listens carefully for the cries of pain and frustration. We want help people feel better so they are more open to working together and they make better decisions.  During the next quarter, we drill deeper to explore inter-personal issues and the health of teams.  In the third quarter of the series, we delve into the system and how teams work together or don't.  Finally, we pull together all the learning from the first three quarters to forge goals, vision and the Mindful way forward for the organization as a whole.
